The choir is hiring singers !
Always wanted to sing? Do you want to take part in a adventure with La Fabrique Opéra and the University Symphony Orchestra? This year, we invite the choristers to join us for a unique show of opera airs.
Under the direction of Patrick Souillot, the Grenoble University Symphony Orchestra, soloists and the choir of the Fabrique Opéra perform extracts from the lyrical repertoire: Fidelio by Beethoven, Roméo et Juliette by Gounod, or even Tosca by Puccini, whose plot features a painter, echoing the theme of the season. Over the extracts, the presenter Antoine Pecqueur, music advisor to MC2, asks the audience questions: in what language is this opera written? What instrument accompanies the singer? What is the role of the choir? Questions for young and old, who are invited to answer live. An interactive and fun game to revisit or discover the history of lyrical art in an hour and a quarter: learn while having fun!
